The idea behind the dive
Krillion is a daily knowledge game built around a simple invitation: name something that fits a prompt, then see how far from the obvious you can go. Everyone gets the same seven daily prompts. The subject might be a country, a piece of clothing, a website, or something you have never thought about quite this way before.
You are not looking for a single secret word. A prompt can have hundreds or thousands of accepted answers. The interesting part is choosing an answer that fits while reaching beyond the examples everyone knows.
Your first seven prompts
- Open the official daily dive.
- Read the complete prompt, including any spelling, category, or length restriction.
- Think of a fitting answer. If your first thought feels very obvious, consider a more specific or less familiar example.
- Enter it in the official game and follow its submission flow. The game reveals your accepted answer, tier, and points.
- Continue through all seven prompts to see your daily total.
Our site is a companion to that experience. Your actual game, progress, and results live on the official website. Nothing you type into our answer checker submits a guess to Krillion.
What makes a good answer?
An answer needs to fit before it needs to be clever. Read “country with eight or more letters” differently from “country in Europe.” Do not assume that a longer name, a technical word, or an unusual spelling automatically earns more points.
Krillion uses curated answer sets. The official FAQ explains that rarity may draw on familiarity data, with LLM assistance and manual review for questions that cannot be reduced to a straightforward frequency measure. It is not simply a live count of what other players typed today.
The highest tier, One in a Krillion, is a designated gem chosen partly for the satisfaction of discovering it. It need not be the most obscure item in the answer set.
Choose how much help you want
Start with gentle hints if you want to keep the discovery. Clues open separately, and that page does not include complete answer text.
Use the daily answer guide when you are ready to reveal something. Each question starts closed. You can reveal the featured gems, browse tiers, or look up one specific answer instead of opening the whole sheet.
Come back for a fresh dive
The game's day follows New York time. Our daily dive guide uses the official next-reset timestamp, so it accounts for daylight saving changes. If our latest saved answer sheet belongs to an earlier day, we show its actual date.
